Throughout my professional career working as an independent contractor I have been fortunate to establish a proven track record. Providing detailed site identification information with the understanding of the technical, engineering and criteria determined by the client.

My duties and responsibilities as a Site Acquisitions Specialist are coordinate with RF Engineers, Zoning and Construction personnel to ensure that the selected sites meet the departmental and client requirements. Assemble and submit a complete Site Candidate Package (SCIP) for client approval.

Procure zoning maps, parcel maps and deeds for each selected site, coordinate and attend the team visits with RF, Zoning and Construction Teams. Perform review of zoning and construction drawings and make necessary changes. Negotiate an acceptable lease agreement between the landlord of approved candidate(s) sites and the client as well as any ancillary easements agreements.

Request a Title Report for approved candidates, procure the landlord signatures on lease agreements, Non-Disturbance Agreements and Construction Drawings. Assist Zoning in the preparation of zoning applications and attend public hearing and community meetings as related to the site.
