* Have regular meetings with all related engineers, supervisors, foremen to meet targets and goal.
* Involved in preparation of method statements. ITP, raising Technical Query, Preparation of day work sheet.
* Updating/monitoring as necessary of quality control parameters, inspection and testing techniques.
* Schedule monitor allocate and management of manpower and equipments to meet the completion schedule.
* Site Supervision & implementation of the jobs as per drawing of the project.
* Co-ordinates with the Consultant for receipt of the Piping drawings, Planning of Jobs and all technical clarification as per site modification.
* Checking isometrics piping layout M.T.O. etc. And taking corrective action in case of any discrepancies noticed.
* Prepare bill of quantities, bill of materials, stock no., rating, valve, spool, equipment's list etc.
* Maintain the welding procedure Specification and conducting procedure qualification records, welder test and various destructive and Non- destructive test report.
* Witness of pipe internal cleaning prior to erection and inspection of pipe internally.
* Supervision of Erection, Fabrication Testing and commissioning of UG and AG piping as well as Equipment Piping.
* Supervision of Finished spool for visual inspection of Fitting & join weld and cross checking through the spool drawing.
* Co-ordinates with safety department and all our concern department such kind (Civil/Structural/Equipment & Planning)
* Supervision of Erected spool checking alignment location and Elevation of Branches, fabrication and erection of Pipe Supports.
* Supervision of execution work during shop fabrication & erection during plant shutdown.
* Modification of piping according to revised isometric and inspection.
* Worked experience of working with the live line at gas plant.
* Supervision of finished works item includes welding, grinding, checking of joints of fittings.
* Holding and instruct man-power and provides the good way to achieve the work progress.
* Supervision for most provides the best quality as along daily production achievements.
* Time to time visits to concerns area to look after the Job as required and as per latest revision or not.
* Installation and alignment of equipments, pumps, exchangers, heaters, re-boilers etc.
* Co-ordinates with Line checker and Punch listing Closing, Supervision for Hydro testing as well as Test pack Coordination to Punch listing.
* Check and Ensure Piping Test Preparation is Properly Made.
* Prepare Daily and weekly Report.
* Perform Official Line Check and consult punch work with Subcontractor.
* Check and Review of Test Packs prepared by Subcontractor.
* Coordinate and Consult with Subcontractors and Other Discipline concerning Testing.
* Witness of Hydro testing for piping, Re-Instatement Inspection as Per P & ID, Final Walk down Inspection with Client, Attend Punch list.
* Check and Ensure Piping Flushing and Blowing Preparation is Properly Made.
* Coordinate and Consult with Subcontractors and Other Discipline concerning Piping Flushing and Blowing.
* Organize sites so that work is carried out to the required standard with minimum risk to men, equipments and materials.
* Completion of test pack, deal with QA QC punch listing personnel and coordinate hydro-test group.
* Pre-commissioning, Commissioning assistance.
* Maintain and up keep safety standards and regulations at site and fulfill QA/QC requirement.
* Initiate action or recommend solutions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
* Maintain vigilance on site& so as to avoid misuse/damage of site materials.
