PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I spent the first several years of my seismic career as a member of a recording crew. Over the years I earned responsibilities that allowed me to supervise crews of as many as 90 employees. I was offered an opportunity to leave the data acquisition area to gain experience in front-end operations such as working as a drill push and field safety advisor, working in some of the coldest and most remote locations in Canada. Following that I had a brief foray in the commercial construction industry as a field supervisor and safety officer. My duties included the creation and implementation of safety programs, job hazard assessments and the training and orientation of new and existing employees. In the absence of the Project Manager, I oversaw the day to day on-site operations and co-ordinations of employees and sub-trades.

RECENT PROJECTS OVERVIEW

Northern Ontario Highway Expansion for Murphy Construction. During the summer I was the on-site Construction Safety Officer assigned to a crew in excess of 80 workers some of my duties were to hold daily safety meetings, conduct site orientations for new employee's and visitors. The list of my duties is very long and will be discussed in detail in person.
