Working as surveyor in Laing O'Rourke for Rasis Business Centre Project. Job profile involves surveying and site team coordination.

Job Responsibilities:
* Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points for project site.
* Setting-out various concrete foundations prior to excavation, verification of line & grids for forms, anchor bolts and other embedded items prior to casting.
* As built record for various concreted foundations, underground utilities, anchor bolts location, and others.
* Paving, final grading works and plumpness of structural steel columns survey.
* Check/Monitor marine and land tower vertical deflection before and after back stay cable erection, check deck panel pre assembly, and setting-out design elevation and location of deck trusses, shackle pin, diaphragms using Station and Offset method.
* Assigned as Office Surveyor, responsible for download/upload/import/export survey data from survey instrument to computer, and counter checking of survey data calculation in compliance to project drawing and specifications prior to concreting.

The working package consisting of Topo graphical survey, Reconnaissance Survey, Alignment, Grid & Profile Survey, Cadastral Survey, Geo tech Survey and Submittal of Documentation including Land acquisition, Client and Consultant coordination for approval.
* Setting out of plot boundaries, Excavation limits, and Foundation piles, all building limit structures including core walls and temporary works, columns, slabs, fire stairs and all kind of complete structural works and internal finishing works according to the specification. Supervising the work with the relevant program given by Project/Construction Manager and give good quality production also main part of the construction/production team to keep the progress ahead.
* Maintenance of survey instruments like TOTAL STATIION,AUTO LEVEL & LASER LEVEL INSTRUMNET etc. following with the standard formats given by the management system. Verify the collimation and instrument calibrations time to time for making the work faster with accuracy.
* Following the HSE (Health and Safety Environment) rules perfectly and make sure that the working wizard is safe through out the construction period.
* Systematic methodology followed and using only updated specification and latest revision drawings daily check before giving instructions to site team. If any comments in the drawing cross check with all relevant (structural, architectural, setting out plans) drawings and finalized the correct one with the concern higher authorities.
