Job Responsibilities during Analysis Stage:

i. First of all re study the design by checking the ducting network, Grills, Volume dampers, Flexible duct, Plenum box, Splitter dampers, Plenum box curve, filters, canvas (mouth connections for units) and other accessories etc ii. Preparation of BOQ's and quotations with all specifications and standards.
iii. Analyze the project by each and every market price of the material with the profitable price, in this moment we know the three prices.
A. Actual cost of the project.
B. Profitable cost of the project.
C. Competitor price for this project
If we know the actual cost of the project we will beat the competitor and get the projects by giving reasonable discount with good profit.
iv. Co-ordination with financial department regarding the final price and discount for the projects by explaining all analysis procedure.
v. Approval from the management and took the appointment for meeting regarding this project.

Job Responsibilities during Negotiation Stage:

i. By explaining all design and technical parameters about the projects with following of ASHRAE standards and quality of work.
ii. Meeting with Consultants and customer regarding design and prices.

Job Responsibilities during project finalizing Stage:

i. Submission of all design drawings with all specifications and technical data.
ii. Approval the designed drawings from the consultants by explaining all design concept.

Other responsibilities:

i. Designing of ventilation system for different applications like car parking, Restaurants, Kitchens, Corridors, Toilets and wash areas, design of kitchen hoods with exhaust and fresh air system ii. Designing of precision areas like operation rooms, storage of injection bottles area, pharmaceuticals where we supply only fresh air (100%) with complete heat load calculation by maintaining Relative humidity, sensible heat and latent heat, temperature, Hepa filters, efficiency, special type of perforated diffusers and grills as per ASHREA standards.
iii. Designing of ducting network by following SMACNA standards.
iv. Prepare conceptual drawings, shop drawings, co-ordinate drawings.
v. Project scheduling in that project duration (starting date and completion date), man power to handle, total material for the project.
