Project included coordination to refurbish existing Westinghouse gas turbine plant, install new balance of plant equipment, and install Pratt & Whitney turbine packages. Project featured two Pratt & Whitney FT-8 twin-packs dual-fuel turbines for a total plant output of 100 MW.
