I am a Land Surveyor with over 20 years of experience. I've been surveying in Monterey, San Jose, San Francisco, and many Counties in Southern, Central and Northern California. I excel at applying new technologies relating to mapping, civil engineering /design & construction, topographic rendering, property line surveys, subdivisions, commercial buildings and new golf courses. My expertise in the use and application of: Total Stations, GPS, data collection, differential leveling, and performing calculations for design and construction staking help me to "get it done". I am also proficient in AutoCAD and have a good foundation in the process of land use and development and its impact on the environment such as wetlands, erosion, and natural habitats, along with surveying farms and ranches of the Central Coast and Central Valley.
