Responsibilities also included both internal and external client training in all areas of occupational health and safety. Partnered with Workers' Compensation and medical providers to facilitate effective return to work strategies for injured workers. Responsible for providing internal and external guidance, interpretation and oversight to determine compliance with federal, state and local regulations and other standards.

MACTEC-ERS, Prime Contractor to United States Department of Energy, Grand Junction, Colorado

Developed and implemented the Industrial Hygiene Program for the project office. Provided industrial hygiene guidance in support of RCRA/radioactively contaminated hazardous waste site operations. Performed oversight to determine compliance with federal, state and local regulations and other standards. Responsibilities included writing, reviewing and revising hazard analyses, health and safety plans, engineering design specifications and other documents. Also responsible for performing hazard assessments, comprehensive evaluations of work areas, and surveillance of field activities. Responsibilities also included directing and performing industrial hygiene and environmental sampling, asbestos and lead inspections, interpreting analytical results and applying those results to field operations. Responsible for all aspects of industrial hygiene for environmental remediation projects ranging from Idaho to Florida. Supervised IH Specialists and also provided IH supervision to all technicians on both local and remote project sites.
