Project Coordinator
Responsible for the purchasing, logistics and freight movement for newbuilt vessel rigs and container vessels. Report monthly on all financial aspects of the Project. Report directly to the Managing Director. We, a team of 3, have successfully purchased and deliver on time for two newbuilt vessel rigs for Stena Drilling Ltd with an average profit of SGD 2.5 million each in a period of less than a year and am currently working on the third newbuilt rig project with the same client which is expected to complete in August 2009. I am responsible for the freight and logistics for the Marine department for newbuilts, another Rig from Prosafe and dangerous goods which includes in obtaining licenses from the different government body such as the Singapore Police Force, AVA and NEA for the trading of chemicals and provisions.
Other main duties includes invoicing and assisting the AGM in preparation of SOP for the company in compliance with ISO 9001

My main clients are Dow Chemical and Chevron handling all the different kinds of chemical. Overseas a team of 7 customer service personnel. I am solely responsible in the stock control for Dow Chemical, maintaining their stock in client's SAP system and our own internal system and the logistical aspects. Report monthly on stock movements to clients and I report directly to the General Manager. Coordinates with the Operation department and appointed agent for local deliveries and Malaysian trucking.
