Description: The Scope of the project is to Design, Develop and Commission the SCADA,Control System for the Sharjah Sewerage Treatment Plant (Phase 7).Developed SCADA using Industrial Application Server 3.0,Wonderware Inotuch.The Redundant SCADA Servers communicates with 15 Remote Sites (SLC PLC) over TCP/IP Protocol connected via Fiber optic N/W and 6 Remote RTU Stations connected via PSTN to Central SCADA.

Hardware: Kingfisher RTU,Redundant Citect Server with Thin Client.

Description: The Scope of the project was to Instrumentation, control & SCADA system for Monitoring and controlling the Pumping Stations & Flow Chambers located at various places in and around the Dubai Airport. The Network design consists of total 30 King fisher RTU's Communication with Redundant Citect SCADA Severs over Fiber Optic Network using Kingfisher PLINE protocol and TCP IP Protocol.

3. Monitoring and Control of Dubai Municipality Irrigation Network
Customer: Dubai Municipality, Dubai.
Hardware: Wago Controllers in combination with EWON, PSTN, GSM modems and Redundant Citect (5000 Tags).
Responsibility: Engineering, Design and Commissioning.

Description: The Scope of the project is to Develop and modify the existing SCADA to communicate with the Irrigation Sites newly developed. SCADA polls the remote sites by dialing to the site. When the site receives the poll request it updates the SCADA by pushing the FTP file to the sever. The communication was over GSM.Developed Cicode functions for updating the tag database and polling.

4. QATARI SAUDI GYSPUM PLANT
Customer: QATARI SAUDI GYPSUM
Hardware: Schneider PLC
Responsibility: Team Leader, PLC Programming,Co-ordination.

Description: Auotation of Complete QSG Plant using Premium PLC.

R&D INITIATIVES

Implemented communication over VPN for Irrigation network using eWON Gateway: The current SCADA Server communicates with the remote Irrigation RTU's over internet using GRPS mode of communication.As the Irrigation sites kept on increasing the speed of the system was getting affected.Hence the solution for this was communication over VPN where by a virtual tunnel is established between the Server and the RTU's. The implementation is under process and testing has been done successfully.

Implemented CCTV system for the Company: 18 IPCCTV connected to a Central Recording Server capable of 24v hrs recording and Playback from remote Clients as well as Web clients (Over internet).The R&D task involved selection of CCTV, Ordering, Installation and Commissioning.

IEC Protocol: Selection of RTU and SCADA system to communicate over IEC protocol: Testing and Communication of Broderson RTU 32 to communicate over IEC protocol for power application.

FIELDBUS Protocol: Communication of Transmitters and instruments with Control Logix PLC over FIELDBUS protocol.This was done for an upcoming projects in Dubal where complete implementation of Fieldbus using Roesmount instruments were required.
