Key Responsibilities:
-Quantification of all work done at site for the preparation of interim payment statements.
-Identification of claims, variations and time extensions to contract and advising and assisting Project Manager and Contracts Manager regarding the same and other contractual issues.

-Liaising with representatives of the client and consultant for invoice certification and approval of claims and rates of variation items.
-Independently taking off quantities including structural and finishing items.

-Monitoring sub-contractors' payments vis-à-vis client billing.
