WORK PROFILE

Working as a ¡* PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER¡¨ in M/S IPEBS Pvt. Ltd. Since June 2008 to till date. This is an esteemed and only one of its kind organization in Hyderabad with Projects from different Countries.
My duties towards the organization as the Piping Design Engineer is as follows:-

Preparation of GA, Equipment layout from P&ID & vendor data & Matrl spec.
Preparation of piping isometrics, spool drawing.
P-T Ratings of fittings, Flanges & Valves.
Wall thickness Calculation of piping & pipelines per ASME codes.
Pressure Design of Miter bend, Blanks, Blind flanges Branch Reinforcement pad calculation.
Preparation of MTO & Valve Datasheets & Piping Material Selection/Specification.
Piping span calculations and selection of supports.
Piping flexibility of analysis using code equations, guided cantilever method, Graphs Nomo graphs, M.W kellog charts, & CAESER II.
Expansion loop & joint and Layout solutions for weight, thermal and Wind loadings.
Hydraulic Design of liquid piping system (pipe sizing, pressure drop calculation & pump head selection).
PROJECT EXPOSURE

Project Name 1: Bulk Plant Upgrade, Rabigh K.S.A.

Job Responsibilities:

Generating documents such as General arrangement drawings, Equipment layout, and Nozzle orientation sheets for the different mechanical equipments, Piping Layouts, isometrics, special support sketches, etc.
Reviewing of the pipeline routing, supporting and civil structure by using AutoCAD.
Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME 31.3 etc).
Preparing Bill of material from the P & ID.

Project name 2: Design of Thickener & Waste Heat Boiler in hydrometallurgical zinc
Extraction.

Client: BINANI ZINC LTD, Cochin.
Prepared Energy balance and material balance for the zinc extraction process for the current capacity of 33,000 MT/ annum.
Made calculations for an expansion of 1, 00,000 MT/ annum.
Designed two process Equipments (Heat Exchanger & Thickener) for the expanded project.

Project Name 3: Water Treatment Plant

Client -- Aquatech International Corporation. Occidental Mukhaizna L.L.C. Oman, Musqat.

Job Responsibilities:
