1. Monitoring and supervising Site Acquisition work for Base Transmitter Station site (BTS), MSC, BSC, until Ready For Construction (RFC).
Work detail: Site hunting, community permit, government permit (include all recommendation), price negotiation if above ceiling price, approve Detail Drawing Pack, and approve Site acquisition binder document.
All of Site Acquisition activity is reported to Region Manager.
2. Monitoring and supervising Civil, Mechanical, Electrical work for Base Transmitter Station (BTS) until Ready For Installation (RFI).
Detail work: review standard drawing and specification, define Detail Design Pack (Soil test, Structure Analysis, and Plan Drawing), site opening, pouring foundation, Tower erection, Grounding installation, Mechanical and Electrical installation include Alarm System, Power Plan (electricity, electricity back up by generator Diesel (1+0), Main power generator diesel (1+1), Solar cell plan), Fence and Landscaping work, test & Commissioning according to Acceptance test Procedure, check and review actual BOQ and As Build Drawing, Approve Civil Mechanical Electrical binder document.

I work at West Java Regional as site acquisition CME project supervisor. As project supervisor has sub ordinary in field each area who direct supervising in.
The Duty of Project Supervisor:
1. Site Acquisition works supervision the contractors with work consist site hunting, site validation, collect legal document, community permit, proposes negotiation and government permit.
2. Construction work supervision the contractor with work consists:
a. Check and approve CME Bill of quantity and shop drawing of contractors.
b. Monitoring and giving target to the contractors which base on time schedule and than report to Project Manager.
c. Solving CME problems i.e. modify foundation for abnormal soil caused by rain, crevasse, and narrow area.
d. Solving community problem i.e. community claim to fix the access road and other claims.
e. Solving government problem i.e. IMB has not finished yet.
f. Coordination to all construction supervisor about planning, and technical issue.
g. Execute Acceptance Test Procedure CME, Tower, and Shelter activity (include check site binder)
Other duty:
1. Define standard and non standard foundation green field for all West Java site which has impact to minimizing cost and simplify to be executed.
2. Monitoring and handling tower activity in all West Java site which cover ordering, delivering, and erection.
