Ascenteus Sdn Bhd - Intern and absorbed as Hardware Design Engineer
(July 2008 – present)(present salary RM3200)
Main role is in the company:
o Perform research and development (RnD) of products in Ascenteus Sdn Bhd from concept, prototyping to production.
o Provide technical assistance to the sales team and technical support/training to the installation crew.
-Conducted 8 installations, test and commissioning of the SmartPools swimming and pool system.
-Revised, improved and standardized the SmartPools electrical and control system which involves usage of three phase AC, 6-pole motor, pumps, lighting, contactors, MCBs, ELCBs, ingress protection, isolator, wiring, timers, relays, inverters, etc.
-Developed working prototype of solar time and direction finder for Muslims using microcontrollers.
-Developed the SmartPools touch panel
-Assisting interns in undertaking their assignments mainly involving microcontrollers, electrical and electronic devices.

Special effects technical crew for the launching of IIUM Silver Jubilee.
(May 2008)
-Develop, prepare and operate a wired remote controlled mobile rig to carry an item to be used for the launching by the Prime Minister.

Final Year Project: Development of Path Following Autonomous Vehicle based on Vision
(July 2007–March 2008)
-Developed prototype for vision based object detection using OpenCV in Visual C++
-Set up of the base robot which involves electrical/electronics, electromechanical and mechanical selection and fabrication on which to implement the vision system
-Developed and implemented the robot controller to receive feedback from sensors, process the behavior of the robot and control the actuators.

2nd Runner up in the 2007 Robofest robot competition, The Conqueror organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology Malaysia.
