Lead, direct, coordinate and supervise the project in association with a project team of 17 professionals in contract administration, planning, and problem solving, with concentration centered on development and construction of a USD$1.5bn. mega mixed-use twin towers 76 and 56 story high-rise, additionally incorporating connection to 9 story retail mall and 45 story Grand Hyatt Hotel elements over 8 levels of below grade subterranean parking. Responsibilities include provision of leadership to identify opportunities to decrease expenditure, schedule relief and claims avoidance service. Direct responsibility for execution methodology approval and nominated procurement with a dotted line to design and accounting.

Laing Urban / Emmar: Hollywood, CA Mixed-use Complex

Responsible for the overall project management of an midrise post-tension structural concrete core and shell superstructure with steel stud framing, comprised of 180 units with 170k sqft of retail space,over three levels of subterranean parking incorporating matt foundation and shotcrete over waterproofing perimeter retaining walls, with tie-backs soldier piles and lagging to accomplish retention and bulk excavation.
Managed the operation to ensure on time completion o f milestones in accordance with agreed baseline schedule, and that expenditures remained with budgets. Established all trade scopes with specification section. Selected, negotiated and awarded subcontracts, control and approve all OCO's / COR's track and follow-up on outstanding changes in monthly management meetings. Solve problems and situations that rise above the supt and field staff. Exercise working knowledge of and ability to coordinate trades.
