1) The Project Plot no: 35 consists of construction of one Tower for commercial and residential developments consisting of 5 underground basements 4 podium levels (having swimming pools, gardens) and 42 Storied above podium level.

1) This Olympic Standard Swimming Pool project consists of 50 meter pool along with another pool with a moveable floor allowing for various depths and a submersible boom that will split the 50 meter natatorium into two separate 25 meter pools. There will be a third 25 meter training pool that can also be converted into a deeper pool for diving. And also this 15,000 capacity stadium powered by an Energy Centre constructed by Binladin's MEP Div.

Preparation & Submission of Structural drawings of Beams, Columns, Slabs, Stair cases, Walls etc. as per consultant's requirement by using Auto CAD.
Preparation as well as checking of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)
Study Construction drawings for high-rise building (Tower Projects).
Co-ordinate with Project Manager, Technical Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Structural Engineer of Consultants for all issues of structural drawings.
Ensure all structural drawings are with compliance with the consultant's specifications.
