As Project Manager responsible for Surveying of the alignments of road, Geometric design for 6 lanes removal of obstruction in the alignment by law enforcing agencies, investigate the existing pavement condition. Design the pavement upon existing traffic surveys. Prepare estimates and bidding documents as per prevailing contract conditions.
Supervise works and quality by resident, material engineer, surveyor and quantity surveyor. Certify payment of contractors.
Architectural Lay out keeping provision of Child Park, auditorium, small shopping complex, plantation and garden area, drainage, solid waste disposal facilities etc. Structural design of structures. Estimate the costs, prepare bidding documents.
Supervise works and quality by resident, material engineer, surveyor and quantity surveyor. Certify payment of contractors.

Co-ordinate employer Ethiopian Roads Authority for solving any problem related to implementation of the project. Provide all decisions regarding the project to the Contractor. Solve claims from contractor, Suggest employer to solve disputes with consultation/recommendation from Claim Expert and Dispute Review Expert under FIDIC regulations. Monitor and management of contractor's equipments, schedule and program use of equipments to achieve required quality and progress of the project. Suggest type of equipments for cost economization. Review Contractor's work program and suggest modification.
Certified works and payments of Contractor.
Reporting of progress – monthly, quarterly and annually. Certify payments to contractor. Claim and collect payments for Consultants.
Co-ordinate all the employees to finalize the designs of road geometry, structural designs, finalize the drainage structures, road side ditches. Assist the Right of Way branch to finalize the land acquisitions. Check design of pavements, co-ordinate Employer Ethiopian Roads Authority, Creditor of the Project World Bank. Supervision of project with the sub-ordinate Engineers and sub-professionals.
