While employed by Manpower Staffing, was contracted for 6 months to Lanxess Chemical in Orange, Texas for the development and implementation of a competency-based program to establish a line of progression for maintenance personnel.

* Identify and prioritize facility wide safety training needs for both employees and contractors, which has reduced incidents and accidents by 72% which in turn will save the facility and contract companies millions on worker's comp claims and law suits.
* Restructure the Emergency Response Team/Fire Brigade in accordance with NIMS, this has reduced response times by 65% which will save lives and protect the facility in a greater capacity.

* While employed with Total Safety was contracted to Zinke & Trumbo in Wyoming to perform H2S/Safety Services on drilling and work over rigs. Conducted job task analysis for drilling and work over, pipeline, lab and support services. Evaluated all in-house material and identified training plans and safe work procedures.
