* Shutdown and overhaul on unit one
* Over looked a crew of 14 Journeymen iw/riggers and two helpers
* Had 4 men on the ground working with 180 ton tower crane, 40 ton crane, fork lift etc.
* Objective was to rig up, removed and replaces superheat and reheat boiler panels from unit one.
* 2 men staged outside of the unit to transfer the load either from the monorail system to the tower crane for removal of old panels or the reverse from the tower crane to the monorail leading in to the boiler.
* Made sure everyone was using correct rigging and following the correct procedure of rigging whatever item at the time.
* Keep track of time sheet, material, man hours, progress reports and safety of the men and people working around or in the area.
* Other places we were needed or lend a hand to other crews, the crew and I relocated to that area.
* Rigged up material equipment, beams, duct work, etc and transferred them to where they go with chain falls or coma longs.

* Add on to an existing power house.
* Erected columns, beams, support bracing, pipe supports, pipe hangers, welded knife clips to existing iron.
* Welded duct work, pipe from 2" to 16" foot dia. pipe.
* Worked with 120 ton grove crane.
* Unloaded material from incoming semi trailers.

* Tear down of a copper smelter cover part of the copper mine.
* Remove of old material that collapse that existed of columns, beams, piping, duct work, etc.
* Erected new material.
* Did rigging with a 777 Manitowoc crane
* When completed, got an ROF.

* Refinery.
* Worked 2 shutdowns for them.

* Fit pipe from print or field layout pipe.

Industrial Renewal Service
January 2006 - January 2006 Rigger/Pipefitter Philadelphia, PA
* Shutdown.
* Trash plant.
* 2 weeks.
* Replace and installed superheat and rear reheat boiler tubes and welded membrane.
* Did plug welds, socket welds, etc.
* Did pre outage as to layout and stage materials such as welding machines, welding lead, cutting torches, extention cords, chain falls, coma longs, etc.
* After outage complete rolled up material and loaded up company trailers.
* Got an ROF.
