I am currently working as a projects manager, based in Muscat, Oman. I am responsible for the day to day management of a number of projects of varying value. My current projects are as below.
SOHAR PLAZA.
50,000m2 retail, commercial, residential project in Sohar (value $50m) Role of clients representative, Project Manager. Completion April 2010. Multi storey reinforced concrete construction.
SEEB PLAZA.
4,000m2 luxury office building in Seeb. Role of clients representative, Project Manager. Completion September 2009. Multi storey reinforced concrete construction.
PALM COMPOUNDS.
Construction of 82nr villas for loan service military personnel. Based on 3 compounds with pool and clubhouse facilities, comprising of 61 villas of 4 bedrooms and 21 luxury, senior officers villas of 5 bedrooms. Role of contractors Project Manager. Completion August 2009. The buildings are cast in situ reinforced concrete and block construction. They consist of basic 4 bed accommodation for junior officers, with larger luxury villas for senior personnel.
PALM GARDENS.
Construction of 22nr luxury villas on a compound in Seeb, speculative investment project. Role of contractors Project Manager. Completion September 2009. Constructed of reinforced concrete and block to a high standard of finish.
1995-2008 Chase Construction & Roofing
I was responsible for the entire building process from initial client enquiries to handover. From supervising staff, sub-contractors to business finances etc. I mainly worked on brick built housing developments, but also worked on various commercial buildings, including multi storey office and retail projects.
