PROFILE
I am a proactive, reliable, loyal and disciplined professional, 30 years of age with excellent organisation and team management skills. I served within the Australian Army for the 1st Royal Australian Regiment, which taught me the importance of leading and working within a team. I am highly motivated with excellent communication skills, which have proven essential in my development, and the development of my personnel. I have the ability to perform in very difficult and high-pressure situations, in conventional population or in harsh and hostile environments, with an exceptional tolerance to threat fatigue. I am able to work as part of a team, and lead and motivate a team. I have the ability to negotiate at all levels, with both Government and Civilian bodies, and have experience in liaising with Local authorities. I am culturally aware and sensitive towards local communities, with the ability to establish and maintain life long relationships.
I have 14 years of Military and Security experience in various roles and theatres of operation. During this time, I have worked in many countries throughout the world, in hot and cold, friendly and hostile conditions, undertaking work for and amongst various local populations, on a variety of operational deployments. Within my Military career, I served with the Australian Army, as an Infantry Soldier, and served my country in the initial deployment of Australian troops in 1998 to East Timor. I have received Military Medals of Distinction for operational deployment, 3 soldier of merit, marksmanship, and a distinction for commanding a winning team in the Duke of Gloucestershire Cup, Infantry Tactics operation. Since my departure from Military service, I have provided both Corporate Level, and High Threat Security Services to a number of companies, ground, sea and air, and in a variety of locations. I have performed duties as a Director of Security, Security Operations Manager, Security Site Manager and a Personal Security Detail (PSD) Team leader/Operator, where I have managed in excess of 1500 employees at any one time. I have been employed as a Security Consultant performing risk assessments, provided Close Protection (CP) where I have commanded high profile PSD teams for the United States of America State Department, United States Regime Crimes Liaison Office (RCLO), Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq (IECI), United States Projects and Contracts Office (PCO), and other Government, Military and Civilian officials.

SECURITY CAREER HISTORY
NATIONAL SHIELD SECURITY (NSS) IRAQ, JORDAN, LEBANON, CHINA Current employment Director of Security and Business Development; Life Support Manager
I am currently employed as the Director of Security Operations and Business Development, as well as the Life Support Manager of a 500 man camp for NSS Security/National Buildings life support in Baghdad, Iraq. I oversea numerous PSD and Static Guard Security operations, as well as conduct CP for VIP personal, including the Iraqi Military General for the Ministry of Interior. In total I am responsible for in excess of 1500 men throughout all of our Iraq locations. My job is very detailed, and consists of everything from dealing with the US and Iraqi Military and Government officials, to performing duties on ground within a team environment. I have completed various operations abroad in countries detailed above performing various Security tasks. I conduct all Business Development for the company, as well as manage the companies Life Support.

In the year of 2007, I worked for DynCorp International, a US State Department organization. I performed all PSD style operations, where we were tasked in protecting high ranking US Army, and US Civilian officials inside Baghdad, Iraq. Our missions were very high profile, and at a Secret clearance level.
PARATUS WORLDWIDE PROTECTION IRAQ, KURDISTAN
Jan 06 – Jun 07 Security Operations and Strategic Development Manager
In 2006 I was employed as a Security Operations and Strategic Development Manager, where I was appointed in direct contact with the CEO, and VP of Operations, in order to oversea, develop and execute security operations. I was the TOC manager, responsible for the management of in excess of 300 employees, where my responsibilities consisted of directing and planning security operations for PSD and Convoy Escort teams, supervise a large scale static guard force, and provide Corporate and High Threat CP for the company CEO, and other VIP throughout Iraq and the Middle East.
As the Operations Manager, I was the company representative for liaising with Media, Military, Government and local Civilian authorities, the authoritative for intelligence and security operation seminars, as well as providing company risk assessments in various operational theatres. I was appointed as a Narrator for all company documentations, and appointed as the Contracting, Project Management and Business Development officer, where I had success in establishing various Government and Commercial Contracts Iraq wide.
THREAT MANAGEMENT GROUP IRAQ, KUWAIT, LEBANON, JORDAN ISRAEL, SUDAN, SYRIA, CYPRUS, AFGHANISTAN
Sept 04 -Dec05 Security Manager Special Projects, PSD Team Leader
During my employment with PWC Logistics (now Agility Logistics), a well known multi – billion dollar Middle Eastern organization, I provided corporate level security, and high threat security services, within a variety of friendly and hostile locations, in various security roles. I was assigned to the security division of Agility, within Threat Management Group (TMG), as a Security Manager Special Projects as well as the PSD Team Leader for a number of months.
In this time, I was involved with the United States of America, State Department/Dept of Justice, Regime Crime Liaison Office (RCLO), Mass Grave Site Investigations Operation in Southern Iraq, where I managed a 40 man CP team for the State Dept Scientific and Investigations team. This Operation consisted of relocating to a variety of Grave Sites, where development of long term defensive position(s) was implemented. Since the investigations, information(s) gathered from the grave site(s), have been produced in the trial(s) of Saddam Hussein, and other accused key personnel, which had involvement in the murders of the Kurdish people in the 1980's.
Throughout the Lebanon Recovery Operation period, I was a member of a high threat emergency rescue, evacuation and humanitarian aid team. My duties were to plan and execute an evacuation, compile risk assessments and executed recons, and provide humanitarian aid to local communities. During the operation, I carried out tasks by ground, sea and air in a variety of locations such as Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Cyprus, Afghanistan and Jordan.
Other operational requirements consisted of commanding a high profile CP team, for VIP of the United States of America, Projects and Contracts Office in Iraq and Kuwait. I also compiled security risk assessments, and provided security evacuation planning in Sudan. I performed PSD and Convoy Escort duties Iraq wide, and was a tutor in a security training program, executed by TMG, for Local National Law Enforcement personnel in Baghdad.

Nov 03- Sept 04 Personal Security Detail (PSD) and Close Protection Team Leader
During the Iraq Democratic Election period, I was apart of the protection team for the Independent Electorate Commission of Iraq (IECI) representatives, where high profile assignments were tasked. Responsibilities included CP ground and air operations for IECI personnel throughout Iraq, Kuwait, Kurdistan and the United Arab Emirates. I was responsible for liaising with United States of America, State Department representatives, Military organizations, and Local Civilian Authorities. I represented the IECI and OAM in Media relations. I was involved with the pre-development, and de–mobilization of the operation, whilst managed a security team for the multiple voter registration and ballot distribution sites throughout the duration of the election.
I performed PSD and Convoy Escort duties for OAM in all operational theatres within Iraq, and provided intensive training to Local National (LN) personnel in Baghdad.

During my employment as a Security Team Leader with Chubb Security Services, known as a multi – billion dollar security company worldwide, I was responsible for all areas of cash transit for Private Companies and Banking organisations. I handled very large quantities of money, sometimes in excess of 200 million dollars. As the Team Leader, I attended high profile company security briefings, conducted route planning, implemented evasive actions operating procedures and conducted training for my team.
