Responsibilities and Duties
1. Allocation of accommodation to staff, maintaining the electronic record that explains occupancy and reserve accommodation in multi cultural environment, ideally supervising a range of camp / accommodation services, facilities and developing strong operational qualities.
2. Ability to handle high quality functional camp / accommodation services approximately of 1500 occupants / residents comprising of 30 different nationalities.
3. Primarily supporting the drilling operation team of offshore team and stewardship personal welfare, HSE, Security, logistics, catering, accommodation, camp planning, maintenance and operation.
4. As a camp administrator responsible for being a strong organizer, motivator and problem solver. Also organizing a range of services facilities and developing strong operational qualities.
5. Program the camp development and early planning to meet project requirements.
6. Monitor the camp premises and carry out preventive maintenance periodically to ensure that company's health and safety policies are adhered, house keeping standards are met to create a safe and healthy environment.
7. Procure necessary materials required, and liaise with site management to obtain approval for the same.
8. Carry out inspection of accommodations, rooms, janitorial services, cleaning standards, housekeeping standards, food storage areas and dinning halls.
9. Dealing with respective vendors for the supply of certified portable water, sewage clearance etc.
10. Checking of laundry washing standard and ensure prompt delivery.
11. Manage the transportation of the staff as per the established transportation schedule to & fro the nearest main city. Also provide emergency transportation for taking patients to hospitals & airport.
12. Ensure discipline and timings in recreation and dinning halls.
13. Conducting random inspection and ensure alertness by camp security services.
14. Display of transport schedule, camp / accommodation policy, management circular on health and safety poster, medical bulletins and food menu.
15. Managing & coordinating the packed meal / food to the site rig staff members as required.
16. Supervise the catering staff quality on food and storage of items.
