Project includes the 12" pipeline; three pump stations (each one with 3 main pumps 2+1) and two stations for storage and delivery of oil products. October/07 – July/09
Client: RECOPE – Costa Rica.
* Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer for the Queretaro - Gas Pipeline project. Queretaro - Mexico. Responsible for the engineering, commissioning and start up of the control system that includes a compression station with six (6) reciprocating compressors and three (3) main line valves. Responsibilities included the instrument specification and control valves sizing. July/06 - September/07
Client: Green Energy, PEMEX - Mexico
* Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer for the Tamazunchale - Gas Pipeline project. Tamazunchale - Mexico. The pipeline system included a sophisticated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), as well as a Telecommunications (Telecom) System. The telecommunication system provided data to the Main Gas Control Centre located at the Compression Station, as well as to the Back-up Gas Control Centre located at the Company´s administration office. January/04 - June/06

* Control System Coordinator for the design, specification, implementation and commissioning of the Gasoducto San Fernando project SCADA System – 1000 MSCFD facility. Responsible for the engineering, commissioning and start up of the control system and telecommunications between the compression stations El Caracol and Los Indios – three (3) centrifugal compressors (2 +1) at each station and three main line valves. December/01 – December/03

* Control System Coordinator. Responsible for the Process Control System of the Hawiyah Gas Plant project - Inlets and Auxiliary Facilities for Saudi Arabia Aramco. Responsibilities included coordinating, quality and technical activities to design, configure, integrate, and test a PCS system (DCS, ESD, BMS, VMS) for a 1.5 billion dollar grass roots gas plant. Wrote inspection, testing and quality plans, reviewing and editing contracts for sub-contracting vendors, developing and tracking project schedule plans. January/99 - November/01
