Operational responsibilities for a start-up minority owned general contracting and construction management company. Primary focus of company is to provide management skills and in-depth technical competence to the publicly and governmentally funded sectors of the construction industry of the Metroplex. §    Managed engineering, scheduling, planning and daily activities of multi-crafts required for construction/start-up of process utilities, waste water processing systems, associated cross-country transfer pipelines, docks, with loading and unloading systems. Total installed project value was approximately $678 Million in 1981 dollars. Project Manager; Covington, Georgia Hercules, Inc. – Polypropylene Staple Plant (1979-1981)
§    Managed all construction functions of a “grassroots” fibers plant. Total installed project value was $45 Million in 1980 dollars.

Project Manager -- Plant Services Division; Greenville, South Carolina (1977-1979)
§    Responsible for development of plant service agreements for selected industry types in the south-eastern United States, from initial sales through to closing.
§    Assigned supervisory personnel, monitored team performance, project costs and profitability, and remained client’s point of contact for life of contract terms, including warranty periods.

-    Stearns & Foster; London, Kentucky Expansion of non-woven fabrics division in existing facilities to include machinery installations and all associated support systems and utilities.
