CONTRACTS ADMINSTRATION

  • Handling and managing the award and administration of contracts on projects in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
  • Issuing amendments and addendums for existing contracts/ sub-contracts scope of work and/or pricing.
  • Drafting, review, negotiations and subsequent finalization of all contracts/ sub-contracts, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, agency/ distributor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, MOUs and other contracts related to supply, services and turnkey contracts for Civil Work, Camp management Oil & Gas and Telecom projects.
  • Resolving Technical & Commercial issues occurs during formulating contracts and clarifications from clients.
  • Submitting monthly report of pipeline and ongoing and completed contracts and spends and savings.
  • Responsible for all Supply of goods, Services, Service Level agreements (SLA) and Maintenance contracts for all domains of Wire-line, Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Drilling, Well Testing, Satellite Communication, Fixed Line Communication and Wireless (CDMA/GSM) sub structures.

END TO END SUPPLY CHAIN AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

  • Handling & managing complete supply chain cycle, from sourcing to post warranty matters.
  • Developed stable and long term relationships with International and Local partners, like Caterpillars, Waukesha, Shenghai Shenkai, Ovex Technologies, Lucky Cement, ORACLE, McAfee, CISCO, Huawei, NSN, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson, Siemens, Huawei, ZTE, etc, to deliver the best possible supply chain solution.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders like legal, commercial and technical to deliver the best possible value added supply chain solution.
  • Achieved substantial savings and cost reductions by offering best value added supply chain solutions and creating effective and long term relations with supply chain partners.
  • Taking care from Export till final destination delivery, which includes clearnance, calculations and payments of taxes and duties, arranging for international transportation, local transportation and final stocking.

COMMERCIAL

  • Preparing bids in response to RFPs/RFIs and RFQs floated by all the Oilfield Segments, telecom operator and service providers in the market
  • Effectively handled and delivered all supplies and services related to Rig sites/ locations, Telecom sites and warehouses.
  • Successfully participated in all the network deployments and rollouts by all the major ICT services providers in the local market.
  • Managing and arranging Letter of Credit, Insurance, Import Contract and Bank Guarantees.
  • Played a role in development and implementation of strategic marketing plan for business:
  • Explored new venues for existing product portfolios.
  • Development & delivery of customized product portfolios for ever changing business needs/ trends.
  • Managing Sales of Corporate as well as private clientele, with primary focus on Corporate Clientele
