* Working as the SHP& Training Specialist, Jalanidhi Project,DPMU Ernakulam, Kerala, (a World Bank funded Community Managed Rural Water Supply&Sanitation Project)since February 2005. The duty includes organizing different training for the stakeholders of the project, Community Empowerment Plan Vetting, Organizing activities related to Sanitation Hygiene Promotion.
* Worked as M&E Specialist in Giridhara,a Tribal Water Supply and Sanitation Project during August 2004 –January 2005 The duty includes Project Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluating and Training, & Community Mobilisation of community managed Water Supply and Sanitation Project.
* Worked as a Team Leader in a world bank funded Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Project during June 2003- August 2004. The duty includes Programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, coordinating various training programmes at various levels, Preparation of CAP's and CEP's (Community Action Plan and Community empowerment plan), preparation of reports and overall management of a multidisciplinary team.
