Christian International Ltd. - Secondment to Veba Oil Operations, Tripoli, Libya.
* Lead Construction Engineer responsible for management and coordination of all construction operations, manpower requirements and NDT services.
* Acting Project Execution Superintendent since September 2005.
* Project Engineer responsible for the survey and repair of 630km of 30"/36" oil pipeline and for all ongoing pipeline survey and repair projects.

* Preparation of Bid Documents for material supply and construction packages.

* Monitor physical and financial Project performance and deal with all Contractual issues and claims.

Rockson Engineering Ltd, Rivers State, Nigeria; Construction Manager.
Management and supervision of civil works for a turnkey project to construct a 6 x 25MW gas turbine power station. Co-ordination with Design department. Establishment of Site Management control systems, QA/QC and Safety Procedures. Liaison with Mechanical and Electrical installation staff. Liaison with overhead line contractor. Responsibility for co-ordination of the overall Project programme.

Installation of LPG facilities at Shell filling stations throughout Britain. Management of operations and specialist subcontractors in the field, implementation and monitoring of QA/QC and Safety Procedures while operating in Hazard zones. Preparation of risk assessments, method statements, liaison with planning and fire Authorities and conducting start-up safety inductions. Carrying out regular safety, environmental and quality audits on sites under my control.

1. 1. Project Manager responsible for civil and building works for the expansion of Mwanza Brewery, value £5m. Responsibility for motivation and welfare of expatriate and local staff.
2. Responsibility for operation and reorganization of Central Services division comprising clearing and forwarding, transport logistics throughout the East African region, overseas and local procurement, stores, fabrication shop and pre-casting operations.

Self employed being the Proprietor and Manager of a civil & building contractor based in Nyanga, Zimbabwe. Work undertaken comprised smaller works of construction, engineering consultancy and included a three month management service for Chimoio e Beira Construtores Lda. for supervision of civil works for a 400kv substation in Songo, Mozambique, liaison and co-ordination with M & E contractor and transformer installation contractor.

Responsibility for the day to day operations of an M&E contractor comprising management, motivation and welfare of expatriate and local staff; liaison with current and prospective Clients; preparation of valuations and invoices; follow up of debtors and collection of payment; preparation of financial reports for all projects; ordering and follow up of all imported material inputs. 50% of my time was spent visiting sites spread throughout Tanzania to monitor operations, safety, programme and progress, anticipate problems and deal with any concerns of main contractors and clients.

Uganda Expedite progress on Port Bell ferry terminal involving marine piling and offshore concrete structures in Lake Victoria and earthworks / trackworks for Port Bell to Kampala Railway, value $8m (excluding free issue piling and trackwork materials). Management of quarry operation for production of rail ballast and concrete aggregates.
3. Zaire Mobilization for $7m Tailings Leach Plant at Likasi.

Project Manager. Full responsibility for construction of the VIPLY project comprising bulk earthworks, sawmill, plywood factory and complete infrastructure: power transmission and distribution, water supply and treatment, roads. 17000 sq. m of industrial building, houses and all external works, value $12m. Close liaison with mechanical installation contractor to ensure optimum efficiency and completion of the project.
Management of quarry producing aggregates for all company projects in Northern Malawi.

Zambia 1985 – 86 Project Manager. Full responsibility for construction of Northern, Luapula and Eastern Provinces microwave link, value $6m (excluding free issue tower materials) comprising roadworks, bulk earthworks, foundations and tower erection.

Zimbabwe 1982 – 85 Site Agent. Full responsibility for the construction of various sewage works and slipform silo projects valued up to $3m
