HSE audit team leader for suppliers and manufacturers including HACCP principles in Port Harcourt Nigeria 2004/5 on behalf of AMEC /SHELL (Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production. Co.)
Indonesia Projects
Seconded to P.T. Patra as relief Project Manager for the Musi River pulp mill project 3500 on site in Sumatra, and then on to 1000 man Camp for Theiss. At the Newmont Mining project Sumbawa, copper and gold multi site project with over 6000 personnel involved.
Gulf War Accommodation Projects
Developed the specifications, commissioned and supervised the completion of additional accommodation for the U.S Military Airlift Command and the R.A.F 1990/91 in Jubail Eastern Province KSA. And the RAF Regiment in Al Khobar. Later in Kuwait residential hotel accommodation complexes for western expatriates 280 rooms total in Salwa, Kuwait City, and six high-rise apartment blocks for Asians (0ver 1500 beds) in Kuwait (1991) for the Alireza Group, Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia/ Yemen Projects
The Alireza Groups Rezayat Catering Company 1990/1993 I was responsible for the company's in House Facilities Management of the facilities in Al Khobar 300 (Rezayat Apartments) Expat seniors and 3,000 Junior TCN. And Jubail 250 Expat Motel and 2000 Junior TCN Beds. Other third party Projects in KSA included M.O.H. Hospitals and Remote Sites. Implementation and supervisation of catering & housekeeping for all sites, health & safety, utilities & maintenance, waste management, incineration and disposal. Developed camp strategy for maximization of bed occupancy, computerised operations systems, controls, including the monitoring of ecosystems. Introduced high levels of customer service, hygiene standards, and achieved excellent customer satisfaction. Then on to the Yemen oil field with Nabors Drilling and desert camp operations on 14 locations.

New Contracts - Tendering
Ligabue Marketing Department, successfully improved the response to tender invitations by Ligabue. Created a "package" using Excel, Word, MS Project and Power Point which adaptable to various tendering situations and been praised by international clients such as NATO & Schlumberger. Lugano Office 2001-2002.
Preparation of the Qatar Petroleum offshore tender for Kasco Al Bateel May 2004.
Industrial Relations & Training
* Personal interface with the Norwegian Union NOPEF successfully concluded disciplinary, industrial injury and absenteeism issues with their Stavanger office.. ISO 9002 type system for staff monitoring, training and development 1999/2000.
* Bi-Lingual Staff Training Program introduced to cover housekeeping hygiene, and safety in catering operations and Food Safety in China 1997.
* With over 250 employees in Yemen, achieved suitable solutions to opposition from the Refinery and Oil Fields General Labour Union regarding leave and travel.
