WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Working as Secretary cum Administrator at the Petroleum Training Centre of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, Kuwait from March, 2005 till date.

My job responsibilities include:

* Executing duties delegated by the DMD.
* Attending and screening all telephone calls within the office and also from local and international companies and also maintain the telephone log for the DMD.
* Receive visitors for the DMD and identify reasons of visit.
* Draft memos and documents for the DMD.
* Reviewing and routing internal and external mail, emails and faxes, dispatching couriers.
* Prepare the daily mail file for the DMD by receiving all mails, sorting them, prioritizing them and then highlighting the important points for quick review by the DMD.
* Record all the meetings and appointments for the DMD and prepare a daily program schedule for the manger.
* Record the details of all the memos and documents signed by the DMD and then file them.
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, preparing agendas.
* Coordinating travel schedules and arrangements
* Organizing and maintaining accurate filing system.
* Substitute the Manager's secretary and carry out all her secretarial duties.
