POST CONTRACTING

„« Preparation, Presentation and submission of Monthly Financial & Management Reports
„« Attending monthly valuation meeting with client and subcontractor
„« Buildup of Rates, contractual Claims & Day work
„« Checking Sub- Contractor's Valuation and Preparing Payment Certificate.
„« Identifying Variation and negotiate with Consultant & Client.
„« Material Procurement and Making Supplier Payment Certificate
„« Ensure service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.
„« Quantity take off, material enquiries.
„« Preparation and Submission of Monthly interim valuation
„« To study the Contract scope, requirements, challenges, direct & indirect cost assessments, cost allocations, analyzing budget vs. actual and produce reports on cost variance.
„« Assign cost codes for BOQ items and rectification of cost codes according to project material specifications, drawings etc.
„« Modification of budgets and cost codes unit quantity according to labour productivity, equipment output, material usage, wastage etc.
„« Collect & check daily report from Site Engineer, Forman, Timekeeper and Storekeeper regarding manpower, materials and machinery.
