* Locate property within CIVPOL areas (73+) locations Iraq-wide. Analyze all data for errors and duplications that was sent from the field to the Property Book Office. Ensure that every line is correctly labeled then enter into new database.
* Demonstrated ability to manage an integrated supply and logistics structure; liaise and work closely with internal/external personnel, vendors and customers to ensure forward planning for preparedness.
* Ensure supply of goods, logistics services (deliveries, warehousing, and transport) and other requests and related queries are processed with speed and efficiency.

* Logistically and Operationally manage daily operations and functions of a FOB of 50+ personnel (IPA, Corrections, DOJ, BEA, DynCorp and US Military personnel) in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. FOB was not supported by US Military when I took over.
* Current as of March 2009, ALSS for Personal Security Detail personnel in Iraq. Requiring great attention to detail, accurate accounting of secured/classified equipment issuing. Detailed data reports to Security Management and PSD Commander. Assuring all PSD in coming and out going are processed accordingly. Assist with Medical Management pertaining to all PSD/PSS equipment (tracking, ordering and supplying).
Database Administration
* Create logical data models and translate into physical database structures that integrate with existing or proposed databases.
* Integrate all workers in the field and new hires on now use the new database, changing from the old system. Ensure they continue the highest quality of property management, through daily training online.
* Monitor relational databases to optimize performance and for resource, informational, and reporting purposes.
* Address database integration issues including migration between disparate databases, maintenance / conversion, capacity planning issues, and use in new applications.
Personnel Supervision
* Oversee the supervision of personnel which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution.

* Achieved a 100% accurate inventory accountability within a year with DynCorp International as Logistic Coordinator/Property Management Officer for DynCorp International.
* Achieving 100% accuracy of all new PSD/PSS property for DynCorp per DOS, DynCorp International has won a new PSD/PSS contract allowing PSD – Security the funding of over $20 Million dollars worth of new sensitive equipment.
* Designed, deployed and currently manage a new database system to effectively track $1B in previously untracked assets across Iraq that helps ensure appropriate supplies get to the right customers.
