- Developed and implemented an ongoing Incident and Injury Free (IIF) initiative to develop and sustain the safety culture on the project.

- Developed new HES processes, practices and procedures for the Project – including OE MS based OE / HES Management Plan, risk management plan.
- Developed Contractor Safety Management Plan incorporating IIF compliance and Corporate CSM guidance, to manage all types of Contractors.
