Environmental Compliance Specialist
Ensures and maintains environmental compliance through providing technical support and direction for air quality, storm water, industrial wastewater, hazardous waste compliance programs and practices.
Responsible for the consulting, monitoring and implementation of all environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations. Compliance items are monitored through audits of various environmental issues, such as CAA, CWA, Hazardous Waste generation, UST management, etc.¬ for the determination and/or the development of any necessary strategies to obtain and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
