is experienced with environmental baseline investigations to support EIS/EIR and permit preparations, mine tailings and waste dump siting studies, hazardous waste site RI/FS activities, asbestos abatement, and remediation related assessments, including recovery well, monitoring well and lysimeter installation and management. He has conducted due diligence and environmental assessment work on various acquisition and divestiture property transactions for major oil through the years, including transactions ranging from a few sites to over 1,000. He has addressed the control and recovery of non-aqueous phase liquids and assessed and remediated TPH, VOC, BTEX, MTBE, DCA, and heavy metals in surface water, ground water, and soil.
