* Promoted to Environmental Engineering Group Manager after 15 months as a result of superior performance.
* Led development of the environmental remediation design-build capability for the Jacobs¡¦ Denver office.
* Developed and managed the technical approach, budget, staffing requirements, and schedule for a $13M CERCLA soil and groundwater remediation design/build program for the US Air Force (AFCEE - Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence). This program was the first of its kind for Jacobs' Denver office.
* Led this program through to receipt of a final 100% award fee evaluation from the client. Project team also received a Jacobs' ¡* I Delighted My Client Award¡¨ because of superior client satisfaction.
* Managed staff; technical requirements of programs; budgets and schedules; client, regulator, and management relations; and conducted business development for numerous federal (DOE/DOD) and private-sector procurements.
Senior Environmental Engineer (Federal Operations Group) April 1995 - July 1996
* Directed and mentored senior and junior technical staff during completion of environmental consulting and engineering projects.
* Provided senior technical support and project management during large remediation feasibility studies, demolition planning, and environmental remediation design projects for Federal clients (DOD/DOE/EPA).
* Led a fixed-price CERCLA soil remediation system design project for the US Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) under very tight budget and schedule constraints to result in a 25% profit margin to Jacobs.

In 1996, solely traveled to Moscow and Serpukhov to meet with our Russian counterparts and City officials, and the Director of the responsible factory. Project was subsequently disbanded due to a lack of funding.
