Senior Civil Engineer, Project Director/Manager

16 years experience in management and civil engineering in the infrastructure construction, mining, mineral processing and water management sectors.
In managing multidisciplinary engineering teams up to 35 direct reports he has a track record in delivering large, complex civil projects from design through to construction and optimisation- often in high risk or remote environments.
These projects have included capital asset management, infrastructure development, drainage, bulk earthworks, bulk materials handling (including ports), contaminated sites, roads, rail and industrial processing plant to individual project sizes of AUD$30 - $40M.
Combining his Masters in Engineering with a Masters in Environmental Management, he has specialised in projects and engineering solutions that aim to deliver in high risk situations where there are logistical issues or technically challenging problems that must solved for project success.
His project and site experience has been developed through a range of processing and mining facilities in Tasmania, NSW, Victoria, SA, WA and PNG, United States and India.
