In charge of profitable operation of 3 large modern office buildings, 2 large shopping centres with approx. 1500 shops and 4 residential compounds (approx 400 villas) owned by a large private company.. Provision of facilities management to a large Egyptian holiday resort development at Porto Marina-Al Alamein (North Egypt) of 876 apartments, complete facilities (Swimming Pools, Marina, Spa, Shopping Centre, Electro Mechanical systems, Mechanical+Electrical+Plumbing –MEP-, Security, Health and Safety) and advisory supervision of 6,000 Resort Apartments and Golf Development -under construction- at Porto Golf-Al Alamein. Returned to UK on 28th, July, 2008 for urgent family reasons.
