Complete dictation, word processing, typing, faxing and emails, copies/scans documents and other materials; maintain files including training records and course records, schedule appointments, meetings, regularly occurring tasks and takes messages; schedule regular and special training classes and preparing presentation; prepare and monitor correspondence as requested and indicated by the needs of the program. Will assist in the preparation of reports and training logs, schedule events as they pertain to the department; collect information for Executive Director/Department Director and provides support for special or ongoing projects as directed by Executive Director/Director; prepare check requests and requisitions; and process invoice/bill preparation for all appropriate entities.

Cooridinates and plans the billeting assignments and furnishing for all AECOM and AFSBN personnel. Performs/supervises joint issue, pre-and final clearance to include property accountability, configuration correctness, factuality checks and cleanliness. Monitor temporary and permanent living quarters for 800 personnel. Supervises, escorts, and directs 100+ employees on a government installation. Identifies discrepancies to be corrected by residents/occupants and verifies corrective actions. Responsible for assigning rooms and proper check proper inventory. Conducts periodic preventative facility maintenance and health inspections to ensure residents are taking proper care of facilities and reports finding to the Facilities Manager. Coordinates with Supply for replacement for furnishings. Supervises departure clearance inspections to ensure property accountability, configuration correctness, functionality checks and cleanliness.
