Honeywell International - Energy Market Segment Manager 2003-05
Led Energy Services Performance Contracting 5-year strategic plan, annual operating plan, product roadmap, marketing and managed annual budgets for Honeywell's Energy Market Segment business growth from $70M to $300M. Energy teams maintained double-digit profitability while growing revenues by 250% and increasing market share from 4% to 12%.
