WORK EXPERIENCE

Process convoy, personnel and cargo from point of origin to final destination
Complete daily movement control reporting to the MCB i.e., convoy yard trackers for inbound and outbound status
Processed Transportation, Air and Joint Movement Request (TMR, AMR and JMR); assigned Space-Available to civilian and military personnel
Provide MHE support assets for APO operations in direct support of aircraft & truck loading and offloading IAW Airfield aircraft maximum operations on ground or working MOG
Communicate daily and coordinate all activities with the Corp Movement Control Senior

Assist the Military Unit and Subcontractors with movement control issues
Issue March Credits/Trip Tickets daily
Attend daily briefings with the Convoy Commander
Stage Military, Commercial, Mixed and Escort link-up in the Staging Area (Staging Area Management)
Maintain visibility over movement control operations within the AOR
Provide daily situation reports i.e., SITREPS Continued
Manage container supply inventory of life support materials for the drivers
Examine all shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness and take corrective action of any deficiencies of cargo and equipment (trucks& trailers) prior to convoy movement
RFID data management/ retrieval
Perform convoy marshaling/staging duties and yard management functions
Compile daily Positive Inbound Clearance List (PIC)
Assist Units in the preparation and/or perform quality control checks of shipment documentation
Receive and process (inbound/outbound) military cargo and equipment to include containerized, break bulk and rolling stock cargo prior to onward movements to final destination or the customer
