i. Such reports cover entire project commencing from civil structures, machinery required, labour employment, financial implications and time studies.

ii. The above activity requires substantial cross-functional interactions with all the departments within the company. It also needs me to be capable of performing as a member of a coherent and dynamic team.

iii. Having thus prepared a Project Report, I market the project to the customer through presentations, answering queries, modifications to the project and other follow-up measures till the completion of the project and receipt of payment. Often, it also involves providing assistance in sourcing appropriate manpower and other resources for the customer.
