Objective
To be able to work globally in a water supply or water utility projects as Hydrogeologist whether on a regular or a contractual basis and at the same time learn from this new assignment.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
About twelve (12) years of professional work experience as WATER RESOURCES ENGR/HYDROGEOLOGIST/WELL DRILLING SPECIALIST gained from four (4) local & with international affiliation consulting companies, mostly ISO 9001:2000 certified, from year 1992 to 2004 in the Philippines.
1.WATER RESOURCES INVESTIGATION, ASSESSMENT, & EVALUATION. It includes gathering of topographical, hydrological, climatological, & geological data & maps. Performs water resources (water wells, springs, & streams) survey, well pumping tests, water quality sampling, flow measurement and geo-resistivity survey. Prepares water resources report and/or water resources report component for Water Supply Feasibility Study Project which includes the assessment, evaluation & recommendations.
2.MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, & DESIGN OF GROUNDWATER DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. Reviews water well drilling/rehabilitation contracts, monitors work progress, & recommends final design of well based from gathered borehole logs during drilling. Prepares well drilling/rehabilitation completion report.
3.WELL DATABASE MANAGEMENT. Prepares database of well data, groundwater production, cost of well operation, groundwater quality, & inventory of installed & stock pumping units. Prepares monthly & annual report on wells showing statistical data and charts including the analysis and the recommendations arising thereof.
In addition, about four (4) years of experience was gained in basic hydrologic data gathering, compilation, & calculation including installation & construction, maintenance & monitoring of various hydro-meteorological & stream gauging stations of the National Irrigation Administration, Philippines from year 1988 to 1992.
Good knowledge on computer application software such as MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint and basic knowledge on Piccolo, Epanet, STAAD, AutoCAD, Primavera and MS Project.
