Masters Research Project ¡V Eutrophication on Lough Arrow, Co. Sligo
- This project was carried out to discover the cause of eutrophic conditions on Lough Arrow, Co. Sligo. Seven of the streams entering the lake were examined in terms of hydrochemical and biological parameters. All the streams drain land, which is either farmed or afforested.
- Assisted in ongoing salmonid research with the Limnology unit on the Rye Water, Co Kildare, under the direction of Prof. John Bracken and Dr. Mary Kelly-Quinn.
