June 1976 to February 1987 - AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL AUTHORITY.
1/ Worked as field support -technician from 1976 to 1979 – Communication RR department – maintenance of radio-communication systems and all equipment related with Air Traffic Control and safety: VOR, DME, ILS, Direction finding system – ARP – 7C, Meteorological equipment, AFTN network, Surveillance and precision approach radar, Line of Sight radios, standby generators – "LISTER".
During my career as a technician I was elected Head of Communications RR division - from 1979 to 1987.
2/ Worked on sixteen-member team of technicians and engineers to organize shifts, maintenance, operation and repair works planning, overhauls, spare parts.
Development of reports and their communication, related to all aspects of ATC operations performance. Communication of status information to Director of Technical Department of ATC.
Production of system level specifications and test procedures. Daily observation of duty staff activities. Directly took part in removing of technical related problems. Experience of first line maintenance to a supervisory level of radar, communications and ground mission equipment. Training course – "Parametric amplifiers – radar applications" – May –1984 – Technical University - Budapest – Hungary.
February 1987 to August 1990 – TECHNOEXPORTSTROY – Bulgarian Construction Organization – branch of LIBYA.
1/ Senior Engineer of Grain Silo – 100,000 tons – El -Juffrah – Libyan Sahara desert. Worked on ten-member team of technicians – maintenance and operation of silo equipment – power supply – BBC switch-gears, 11 kV substation, HVAC–" Zultser", seed treatment equipment, transportation. Training program for Libyan staff.
2/ Senior Engineer of " 6 polyclinics" – Tripoli project plus remote projects in Missurata, Homes and Gharian hospital– worked on forty-member team of technicians and engineers to planning maintenance, operation and repair works, shift organization and financial relations with employer – Libyan Ministry of Health. Subjects of maintenance – power supply – 11 kV substations, power distribution, BBC switch-gears, HVAC, chilled water generation – "Carrier", water supply and sewerage, standby generators – 600 kVA – "VOLVO", "HITZINGER", "MWM" Development maintenance plans and work activities for the maintenance staff and complete all ordering forms for engineering parts and supplies.
December 1990 to present – BULGARIAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY –TECHNOLOGICAL REGION OF TARGOVISHTE.
1/ Service Engineer of Multiplex equipment - /FDM, TDM/.
2/ Head of Energy department, Logistics and Transportation – main office of Technological region – Targovishte.
Working on twenty-member team of engineers, technicians and delivers to maintenance, operation and repairing of power supply systems to 72 Telecommunication projects in region.
Organize energy planing and economize, spare parts and materials delivering and distribution Interface with Power Distribution Departments, Prepare a reliability based maintenance program for all projects equipment. Guide the priorities of the maintenance staff. Prepare equipment spare parts recommendations and interchangeability charts with existing projects equipment. HVAC systems maintenance –"Carrier", "Train", "Sayonara", "Etna". Transportation repairing and control. OPzS, VRLA and OGIV batteries maintenance and installation, battery chargers and analyzers.
DC/DC and DC/AC converters, rectifiers. Lightning protective systems application.
20 kV substations, standby generators up to 200 kVA – "IFA", "TATRA","ADS". Responsible for Electrical Safety in the projects – issue Permit –to-Work procedures. Support to the Health and Safety engineer at audits and other inspections.
SKILLS: Management / supervisory experience in an international setting. Broad experience in using electronic and electrical measurement instruments, excellent troubleshooter in electrical and electronic circuitry, power controls, PLC etc.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Extremely broad experience in maintenance personal managing and training programs. Quickly adjusted in any fields.
Computer skills – AutoCAD 2000, Windows 98, VISIO 2000, Internet, Power Log.
