* Post Tender - Costing and budgeting.
* Planning, Scheduling, Coordination, Monitoring and Tracking.
* Receivable management.
* Budget analysis, review and revising according to cost control attitude keeping close hands on current market rate survey and review of budget.
* Result oriented approach.
* Project hand over and closure of contract.

Job Responsibilities:
* Planning, Coordinating and supervision of assigned pipeline projects within specified time schedule with close view in quality construction standards fulfilling entirely all client requirement.
* Execution according to plan with a focus on Quality, Schedule and Cost.
* Client and Subcontractor billing.
* Planning & supervision of the projects by extracting properly from subordinates for the completion of the project within specified time schedule by keeping close view in quality construction standards fulfilling entirely all client requirement.
* Prepare time and progress schedule including financial outlay for project activities.
* Recommend rates for all project activities based on current market survey by updating hands on variance in rates.
* Update Time/ progress chart and take corrective measures to arrest time/ cost overrun.
* Physical verification of measurements and recommend payments as and when due.
* Follow-up on identified and supply of materials.
* Follow-up on calls from client and contractors with the concerned engineer and give appropriate feedback to the same regularly.
* Update Branch manager on various issues about project regularly and follow-up on instruction accordingly.
