SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
I have years of experience in engineering planning, design, and construction for both private and public sectors in United States, Taiwan, and China. In my academic and professional careers in United States, I had been working from west in California to east in Michigan, and from north in Illinois to south in Texas and Florida. I am also a registered Professional Engineer in State of California. In Taiwan, I have led to acquire projects with a total signed contract value of approximately USD$700.000 in last three quarters, and currently been managing projects of a total contract value well above one million US dollars. Furthermore, I had acquired, executed, and completed a feasible study in China for a world-record long pipe-roofed tunnel and several other projects in Shanghai. I have been delivering academic and professional speeches and presentations in English and Chinese. I have excellent skills in promotion, proposal preparation, presentation, and communication. I am willing to accept challenges anywhere in China, North America, Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia.
