Duties and Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor the JGC HSES policy and procedures.
* Inspect construction area to identify hazards, non-conformance and non-compliance and take appropriate corrective actions, prepare and submit such reports to site management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organize, co-ordinate and conduct training courses for employees of different levels.
* Provide safety advice and guidance to site management and supervisors. Carry daily inspections to identify unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices and advice the remedial measures
* Advise statutory requirements regarding safety and implement safe system and procedures of work, ensure approved use of personal protective equipments by the employees, conduct toolbox meeting, weekly safety walk thru and prepare daily observation report.
* Site safety audit and follow-up, investigate accident strategies, post accident strategies, hazard evaluation techniques, monitor safety performance, Emergency procedure and work permit procedure.
* Prepare inspection reports, written summary of safety meeting, investigate and study causes and recommend corrective measures to decrease their frequency and prevent recurrence.
* Organize, oversee, guide that waste generation and waste disposal are followed as per the waste management policy to the client's requirements.
