Job Description: as Lab Technician I responsible daily activities to analyze and check parameter in process of pulp production to get data that needed in control room to aim a good process in the field/mill especially in Bleaching Area. Controlling pH, Residual ClO2 and Brightness in every stage of Bleaching Process (D0, EO, D1 and D2). Analyze and check Kappa Number of pulp in Washing and Pin chip Area.
Analyze physical properties of pulp final product for information data that needed by costumers, such as strength, burst index, opacity, double folds, tear index, tensile index, bulk density and freeness because that data is very important information for our costumers.
