Mellitah Gas Compression stations project from 9/2004 till 1/2005 during commissioning and start up as safety consultant

2-1- Period: 2000 – till now
Company: Belayim Petroleum Company (PETROBEL. Eni Group - Egypt) port fouad on/offshore gas field.
Position: head of safety & environment dept. (HSE Dept. mgr).

** Main duties:
- Implement and follow up PTB environmental and safety policy to ensure that the employees are fully aware, understand, and comply with this policy.
- Establish and maintain a procedure to identify the safety and environmental aspects of petrobel activities.
- Establish and maintain a procedure to identify and have access to legal and other regulations.
- preventing and mitigating the impacts that may be associated with them.
- Review the emergency preparedness and response after the occurrence of accident (false/ true).
Monitor and measure, on a regular basis, the significant impact on safety and environment, this includes the recording of information to track performance and conformance with PTB safety and environmental policy.
Define the responsibility and authority for handing and investigation accidents, taking to mitigate any impacts caused and for initiating and completing corrective and preventive action.
Prepare and supervise all tech. Studies and statistic related to safety, environment Rad. Protection process and/ or procedures.
INSPECT all rigs with petrobel area according to safety point of view
Follow up the new scientific development in safety, envir. & Radiation and try to improve the area under responsibilities.

** 2-2 - period from 1998 to year2000
Company: Nile delt field- Belayim. petroleum co. Egypt
Position: HSE section head.

**Main duties:
Revise the engineering and data sheets, bid specifications of the fire fighting systems would be executed on different location (off/on –shore).
Plan direct and supervise the provision of adequate health, safety envier., Fire and loss control programs.
Providing professional advice and assistant to plant management on fire and incident& accidents prevention.
Control the provision of safe and hygienic work environment for all company and contractors personnel.
Presenting safety-training programs for old and new employees.

** 2-3 - Period from 1991 TO 1998

COMPANY: Misr Petroleum Company. Egypt
Position: senior safety and F.F specialist.

** Main duties:
Monitor implementation of approved annual safety program.
Preparing material equipments, (M.S.R) for personnel protection equipments, fire fighting equipments and environmental measuring instruments.
Preparing monthly agenda (as reporter) safety and occupational health committee fields.
Issuing monthly safety letter.

** 2-4 - period from 1987 to 1991

Company: Misr Petroleum Company. Egypt
Position: junior safety and fire fighting specialist.

** Main duties:
Carry out regular inspection and fire prevention surveys to ensure adherence to safety standard& codes of practice.
Investigate industrial incidents/ accidents and write related statistical reports and recommend corrective actions.
Inspect all existing fixed and mobile plants equipments and installation to ensure adherence to company's established safety rules, standards & codes of practice.
Issuing work permits (hot &cold) at hazardous areas.
Training all field personnel how to use breathing apparatus.
