Assigned to Sakhalin Energy Investment Company's (SEIC's) Sakhalin II, Phase 2 project ($20B).
Supporting RHI-conducted Class IV Estimate of SEIC hardware projects and owners' costs lifecycles. Reviewing contracts across all hardware projects / owner's costs to determine accuracy of Approved Contract Values and amount of remaining committed value, if any. Interpreting contract base value, variation orders, growth allowances and potential claims over contract life to improve the robustness of our estimate exercise. Expediting base-estimate information for other RHI estimators / engineers. Creating and maintaining a hardcopy library / electronic copy database of all estimate-related materials accessible to both our RHI main office in England and our site-office in Yuhzno-Sakhalin. Populating "PCMS", Rider Hunt International's proprietary project cost controls relational database system, with pan-project, level 2 actual and forecast cost data.
